Your body is already giving you signals. Synkra helps you make sense of them.

A cycle-aware wellbeing app that helps you make sense of how you’re feeling today and plan your days with more care.

For women aged 18+ · Available for iPhone

What is Synkra?

Understanding yourself shouldn’t feel like another job.

Ever wondered why some days you feel calm, focused and capable … and other days everything feels harder? Most reflection tools ask for more effort than many of us can realistically give. Between work, responsibilities and apps that ask too much, reflection becomes another task.

Synkra was built for the days when you have the least energy to track anything. Instead of filling out forms, you simply describe your day. Synkra helps organise those reflections into something useful.

Mia types: “I didn't sleep well last night and feel low on energy today. Work has been quite intense. I still have a long day ahead.”

After “Understand today”, the edited demo shows the cycling wait animation, then Mia’s simplified Home screen.

Acknowledgement: “With less sleep, low energy and an intense day still ahead, it can feel overwhelming. You don’t need to perform at full capacity today. Aim for steady and sufficient”

A balloon animation follows the acknowledgement.

One thing is enough: “Choose one genuinely important thing to do next; leave the rest for later.”

Fictional content. Screens and timing simplified for this demo; review steps are omitted. Not a live AI session.

01 · Check in your way (0:00): Mia types “I didn't sleep well last night and feel low on energy today. Work has been quite intense. I still have a long day ahead.”

02 · See what Synkra noticed (0:05): The example opens directly on Edit Quick check-in and its sliders. Mia reviews the captured answers, changes Stress from “Stressed” to “Some pressure” and saves the change. This scene demonstrates editing an already-saved check-in.

03 · Find one manageable next step (0:18): “With less sleep, low energy and an intense day still ahead, it can feel overwhelming. You don’t need to perform at full capacity today. Aim for steady and sufficient.” The simplified Home screen follows with its balloon animation and care action: “Choose one genuinely important thing to do next; leave the rest for later.”

04 · Understand yourself over time (0:31): The real Trends screen shows stress and energy across thirteen fictional check-ins over fifteen days, with two missed days. This is an edited example of accumulated history, not a prediction or a pattern inferred from a single check-in.

Questions before you try Synkra

FAQs

What happens after I register my interest?

We’ll email you when Synkra is available, with the App Store download link and instructions to help you get started.

How will I install Synkra?

When Synkra launches, follow the App Store link in our email to download it on your iPhone. Open the app and use Sign in with Apple to create your Synkra account, then complete a short setup before your first check-in.

Is Synkra free?

Synkra will be free for the first three months after its public launch. This period starts on launch day, rather than when you register or download the app. You won’t automatically move onto a paid subscription afterwards. Any future paid plan will be explained separately before you choose to subscribe.

Who can use Synkra?

Synkra is designed for women aged 18 and over. At launch, it will be available in India, the United Kingdom and the United States, on iPhones running iOS 18 or later.

What will I actually see in the app?

After saving a check-in, you’ll see a snapshot of what you shared and, when available, a short reflection and one practical suggestion to try. You can revisit previous check-ins in History and explore changes over time in Trends.

Do I need to check in every day?

No. Check in when it feels useful, and return whenever you’re ready. More check-ins give you more history to explore, but there’s no streak to maintain or missed day to make up.

How much do I need to write?

A short sentence or two is enough. Share what feels relevant—perhaps how you slept, your energy or something affecting your day. You can also speak or use guided questions if that feels easier.

Do I need regular periods or cycle information?

No. You can use Synkra to reflect on mood, energy, sleep, stress and other everyday experiences without adding cycle information. Cycle context is optional, and you don’t need regular periods to use the app.

Do I need Apple Health?

No. Synkra works with the information you share in your check-ins. You can choose to connect Apple Health in Settings to add supporting context, such as sleep and activity summaries.

When will I start seeing patterns?

Your first check-in can help you reflect on today. Patterns take more history: as you add check-ins, Trends lets you explore how your experiences change over time. There’s no fixed number of days that guarantees a pattern, and Synkra doesn’t establish what caused a change.

What happens to what I type or say?

When you submit a quick check-in, your typed text—or the text transcribed from your speech—is sent through Synkra’s service to OpenAI to help interpret it. AI can misunderstand, so you can review and correct what Synkra understood before saving. Our Privacy Policy explains how this information is handled.

What is saved?

Synkra stores selected check-in and account information on your iPhone and its servers. This includes information such as your mood and energy, generated reflections, and responses to suggestions. Our Privacy Policy explains what is stored, how it is used and how long it is kept.

Is Synkra medical advice?

No. Synkra is for wellbeing, self-awareness and daily planning. It does not diagnose, treat, provide fertility advice or replace medical care.

Can I stop using Synkra or delete my data?

Yes. You can permanently delete your Synkra account and its saved data from Settings in the app. You can also stop using Synkra at any time, but signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete information stored on Synkra’s servers.

Founder’s note

Synkra started as a very messy spreadsheet.

I was trying to understand how changes across my cycle affected my focus, energy, mood, sleep and plans. The spreadsheet helped, but it quickly became another thing to manage.

On the days when I most needed care, I was still doing the work of logging, analysing, comparing patterns and trying to figure out what was actually going on.

I built Synkra because I wanted that process to feel lighter. The goal was never to create another tracker. I wanted something that could take a messy thought like “why does everything feel harder this week?” and help turn it into a clearer understanding of what might be happening.

Synkra is still early, but it comes from a real need: learning how to work with your body instead of constantly pushing through it.
