Synkra helps you check in with mood, energy, sleep, cycle context, and other wellbeing signals so you can notice patterns and plan your day with more care.

Your Synkra account

Each person must use their own Synkra account and must not share another person's private check-ins, health information, cycle information, or account access.

No medical advice

Synkra is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medication advice, fertility advice, emergency support, or clinical recommendations. Any guidance is general wellbeing support.

Your responsibility

Do not use Synkra for urgent, severe, unusual, or worrying symptoms. Speak with a qualified clinician or local emergency service if you need medical help.

App updates

Synkra may receive updates to improve features, reliability and usability.

Privacy

Your use of Synkra is also covered by the Privacy Policy.
